Refund policy

At EverydayEra, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 4 to 5 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. To process your request smoothly, customers are required to provide a 360-degree unboxing video as proof of the product condition.

Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, we will initiate your refund. Refunds are processed within 42 hours after approval and will be credited to your original payment method.
